FAQ

Q: What is involved in the Risk & Liability Program?

The Risk & Liability Program is designed to assess your company’s risk when it comes to your everyday lifting. We come to you (in most instances) to review your current lifting plans, recommend changes for your company to be ASME & OSHA compliant, provide training and education for your staff, as well as providing a comprehensive maintenance plan. All of this provided by our experts.

Q: Do I have to participate in everything?

No. This is an a la carte program. You get to chose what your company and employees need and what they would benefit from. We are just here to help educate, train & implement.

Q: How do I get ahold of someone if I have questions?

Help is available Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm EST, and can be reached via email [email protected] or phone 877-486-1454.

Q: Where do I sign up?

Fill out on assessment to find your risk, and one of our lifting experts will contact you with your results and next steps.

Q: Why should I sign up?

Can your company control the actions of your employees on a daily basis in your facility?  Should an employee’s actions lead to a catastrophic event, is your company able to assume the costs associated with their actions? Facilities that lift and transport goods internally have an increased risk & liability factor.  One accident with an amputation could cost your company over $6 million in employee compensation, workers comp, lawyer fees, OSHA fines, etc.
