  • Competitive Pay

    Jergens has a process that is reviewed regularly to ensure we offer competitive compensation. Our intention is to pay employees competitive pay ranges that coincide with the current market.

  • 401(k) & Profit Sharing

    Through Fidelity, eligible employees are able to contribute to their 401(k) account (through traditional or Roth contribution options) within 30 days of their employment. Jergens supports employee's 401(k) planning and contributes every year into their 401(k) accounts through profit sharing.

  • Paid Holidays

    We have 10 paid holidays every year, including a floating holiday that may or may not be scheduled depending on how the holidays within the year fall.

  • Paid Time Off

    Employees receive 13 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) balance beginning day one at Jergens and receive incremental increases based on their tenure.

  • Flexible Schedules

    We offer a 1st, 2nd and 3-2-2 shift along with a Work from Home program for eligible options.
