The widening manufacturing skills gap has increased demand for job candidates with 5-axis CNC skills. To address this, Haas Automation and Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards partnered to equip every community and technical college in the state with a 5-axis machining center through a collaboration with Louisiana Economic Development's FastStart program and the Louisiana Community and Technical College System (LCTCS), with Jergens providing the necessary workholding solutions.
