Wednesday, June 25, 2025, Cleveland OH – Jergens adds to its Quick-Loc™ line of quick-change products with a new combination pallet that offers both 96mm and 52mm hole patterns in a single unit. Called QL2, the dual pattern configuration makes for a single solution accommodating both industry standard mounting options for broader overall application.
Jergens Quick-Loc™ is a modular quick-change system that allows users to achieve fast and repeatable fixture changes of various types of top tooling with receivers. The basis of the system is a 4-pull stud interface. Top tooling is located and clamped to a base receiver in a single step when the pull studs are inserted into the receiver and the clamping screw is tightened.
Quick Loc™ can be applied to horizontal, vertical, and rotary operations. These low-profile adapters and pallets ensure repeatability of 0.0003″ and provide clamping forces of nearly 14,000 lbs. Manufactured from case-hardened steel for high rigidity, Quick Loc™ is available in multiple configurations including square, rectangle and round receivers in both 52mm and 96mm patterns, and now QL2 as a combination. Use with Jergens compact 130mm self-centering vise as an industry first choice for increased machining access and quick change over.
