Stainless Steel Press Fit Plungers

Jergens Press Fit Plungers are turned and the tips are generated in one smooth continuing process. This results in a constant radius tip, perfectly tangent to the point where the tip joins the shaft. Closer tolerances, minimum plunger-to-body clearance, and smoother plunger finish make all of our plungers fit more snugly in the plunger bore. Their thin, long base flange allows for a larger bearing surface and longer life.

Features & Benefits:
  • A better point of contact
  • Extra length springs for longer life
  • Improved plunger-to-body alignment
  • Tighter provides extra resistance to contaminant entry
  • Special materials and sizes available upon requests

Material Specifications:
  • Body Material: Low Carbon Steel
