GENERAL ACCOUNTANT - TREASURY ANALYST

 

Position Summary: Perform daily treasury functions, reconcile bank accounts, prepare monthly closing journal entries, and various other accounting functions.

 

Software Experience: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Syteline (ERP system), Profit 21 (ERP system)

 

Education Requirements: MUST have a 4 year degree in Accounting

 

Treasury functions: Daily online banking reports. Preparation of Daily Cash Receipts for divisional cash application. Preparation of daily electronic transactions including: ACH, wire transfers and foreign currency transactions. Daily recording of all cash transactions including deposits, loan advances & pay downs, electronic and miscellaneous cash transactions, controlled disbursement issues and payments. Monthly reconciliation of company's operating accounts and Acme Payroll account. Interface with bank support services to resolve account issues.

 

General Ledger functions: Preparation of monthly recurring journal entries. Reconciliation of general ledger balance sheet accounts. Research general ledger account anomalies. Preparation of financial statements.

 

Miscellaneous functions: Gather and prepare information for Operating Lease schedules. Prepare information for Fixed Asset additions. Cross train and provide vacation coverage in accounts payable, and invoicing functions. Process payables checks as required. Other accounting projects & tasks as assigned.

TOOL ROOM MACHINIST

 

Position will be responsible for operating various equipment in the tool room as well as other areas; CNC Mills and Lathes, manual mills, manual lathes, surface grinders, tool grinders.

 

Candidate will be required to be fluent with program language from reading programs to writing own programs for machines using the conversational programming software, set-up of machines, and running of the machines. Knowledgeable about grinding applications necessary for a particular project or need. Good understanding and knowledge of cutting technologies, and tooling applications are required. Properly document all information relative to set-up and operation of jobs in a concise manner and place in documentation book.

 

Must be able to work from rough sketches or verbally communicated ideas and produce parts, fixtures or trial parts. The Ability to evaluate issues with tooling or fixtures and recommend/implement effective resolution. This position requires that the individual become well versed in computer aided drafting (Solid Works, Auto Cad), general PC programs (Excel, Word), and company manufacturing operating system.

 

Exercise proper care in the use of tools, equipment and materials. Detect and report faulty equipment, defective material, improper operations and unusual conditions to supervision. Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations and required to keep a clean and well organized work area.

 

Formal four (4) year tool maker apprenticeship program with required schooling or Job experience 3-5 years.

MECHANICAL & CNC MACHINE MAINTENANCE & REPAIR

 

Responsible for troubleshooting Machine problems. Experience required to determine problem and the corrective action/repairs needed to get machines back on line.

 

Must have the ability to use technical assistance via phone if required. Required to perform own research for parts, information using internet as a tool. Also a thorough knowledge of electrical theory and principles, properties of materials and principles of operation of electrical equipment complying with OSHA requirements is require.

 

Fabricates parts and Guards as needed, if they are not commercially available. Uses various machines and hand tools common to the trade to complete task at need.

 

A Vocational school or junior technical college training in Electronics and Mechanical Maintenance preferred 4 year program. 5-7 years experience on the job.
