Position Title: Consignment Supervisor

Job Summary: The Consignment Supervisor leads the consignment operation to achieve a high level of service to all consignment customers including employee safety, breakdowns, inventory accuracy, effectively responding to customer requests and issues, delivery, and project execution. Coordinate activities within the department on a daily basis. Has a thorough understanding of our company's policies, procedures, products and services and is able to coordinate the efforts of the manufacturing team within established company policies and procedures with the appropriate internal company resources to be able to effectively meet customer expectations. Hires, trains, directs, motivates, evaluates and rewards the consignment delivery team to meet the company's service objectives.
The consignment Supervisor is fully trained and capable of responding to all normal daily Consignment issues with a minimal need for direction from the consignment manager.
Has two or more years of experience with the company or two years of successful directly related experience within another company function or organization.
Essential Functions: The following is an outline of the basic duties and responsibilities of the above-titled position. - Has a thorough understanding of our company's policies, procedures, processes, equipment and capabilities to serve our customers. Leads the consignment delivery team within established consignment policies and procedures to meet consignment objectives and customer expectations.
- Performs a number of diversified duties involving participation in and direction of consignment delivery team members to deliver service expectations to the customer.
- Plans work, makes assignments and coordinates activities and efforts to balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to meet consignment objectives and customer delivery expectations. Maintains proper inventory levels. Adjusts the schedule as necessary.
- Trains the delivery team, and serves as a resource to the team in resolving issues.
- Maintain an awareness of any consignment issues needing personal involvement to resolve. Collaborates effectively with customers and internal support resources to respond to consignment issues.
- Manages performance, reviews and disciplines employees, as needed consistent with company policies and procedures, and in compliance with government laws and regulations.
- Establishes a culture of professionalism and service within the consignment delivery team.
- Actively participates in the hiring, training, and performance reviews of team members.
- Weekly review and approve the employee time clock information for payroll.
- Perform functions of Consignment Customer Representative (CCR) for assigned accounts to include CRO processing, Daily Status reviews, and quarterly reviews.
- Maintain high degree of product availability at consigned customer accounts achieving 95% of product availability.
- Monitor performance to ensure that the consignment team maintains timely and accurate records and reports, as required.
- Monitor performance to ensure that the consignment team practices good housekeeping and safety habits and supports and follows company policies.
- Performs accident investigations when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with current federal, state and local regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Has some secondary education in business or equivalent administration. Has demonstrated the willingness to pursue appropriate professional certifications and continuing education. Has the necessary training to be proficient in the position.
- Has more than five years of experience fully meeting the expectations of a consignment representative, and/or has demonstrated a level of performance and leadership to qualify for the position.
- Proficient in ERP systems, Prophet 21 and AutoCrib vending systems a plus.
- Has a basic understanding of industrial tooling, blueprints, sales procedures, pricing and costing practices, and company policies.
- Has excellent computer skills and is proficient with all related company systems and programs.
- Has strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills.
- Effective time management skills in prioritizing and addressing multiple and at times conflicting demands.
- High energy with a sense of urgency in responding to customer needs.
- High level of personal and professional integrity.

Position Title: Warehouse III (PART-TIME)
Reports To: ASG Supervisor
Division: ASG
Job Summary: The Warehouse III (PART-TIME) is responsible for performing a variety of basic warehouse activities to support ASG operations by assuring that materials and supplies are available at optimum levels to meet customer needs. Has a basic understanding of general warehouse policies and procedures and the ASG's customers, products and services; communicates effectively with internal and external customers; and performs the tasks necessary to maintain an efficient flow of incoming materials, inventories, and outbound shipments of products to be able to effectively serve our customers.
The Warehouse III is capable of performing the normal daily warehouse assignments with direction, as needed, from the supervisor. Is the incumbent's initial assignment with the company in a warehouse role.
- Transports materials, product and supplies in and out of the warehouse using non-powered equipment, as necessary.
- Organizes and maintains pallet racks and bins in an orderly and safe manner.
- Maintains and stocks assorted shipping supplies and issues requisitions to supervisor in a timely manner when supplies are low.
- Processes customer orders by reading the order, pulling the correct material, and packaging the orders properly for shipment using a variety of hand and powered tools, as needed.
- Communicates effectively with internal company partners regarding the status of shipping schedules and the need for any changes, and to effectively develop solutions to any scheduling issues. Seeks assistance, as necessary, to resolve more complex issues in an effective manner.
- Keeps the supervisor aware in a timely manner of any issues needing the supervisor's involvement.
- Maintains timely and accurate records and reports, as required.
- Observe good housekeeping and safety habits.
MEASUREMENT CRITERIA:
- Basic level of understanding of warehouse policies and procedures and the company's customers, products and services.
- Level of performance on assigned duties.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High school education is required. Has the necessary training to be proficient in the position.
- Has excellent communications and interpersonal skills to be able to interact effectively with others to meet customer needs.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations such as decimal / fraction conversions and reading measuring tools.
- Has basic computer skills.
- Has basic analytical and problem solving abilities to meet the requirements of the position.
- Effective time management skills in prioritizing and addressing multiple and at times conflicting demands.

WORKING CONDITIONS (ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL / MENTAL DEMANDS)
Environmental: Primarily works in a normal warehouse environment with some exposure to grease, oil and occasional odors.
Physical / Mental: Loads, transports and unloads materials using non-powered industrial equipment when appropriate. Constant walking and bending, regular pushing and pulling of materials, and must be able to lift up to 70 pounds on a regular basic.
