PNEUMATIC/HYDRAULIC, VISE ASSEMBLER/INSPECTOR - NIGHT SHIFT
Perform a variety of duties necessary to assemble and test a variety of Pneumatic/Hydraulic assemblies as well as a variety of vise products. Responsible for testing all assemblies to Engineering specifications and insuring all products operate properly.
Work from blueprints, lot assignment tickets, routers, set-up cards, verbal and written instructions. Use ordinary arithmetic such as decimals and fractions, micrometers and fixed gauges.
Plan and perform a variety of duties required to assembly Pneumatic/Hydraulic products and Vise products utilizing standard hand tools and other specialized assembly tools. Trouble shoot any assembly issues and resolve with supervisor to achieve assembly per Engineering specifications. Plan and perform required set up of testing bench to correctly and properly test all products assembled. Troubleshoot any issues found during testing to resolve and make a good product.
Receive customer returned products for evaluation; tear units down evaluating each part for wear or abuse. Document and write up findings of tear down as to normal wear and tear of unit, mis-use of the product or other issues observed during tear down, recommend if unit is repairable or scrap. Perform required repairs to units to make them “as new” condition, test units and ready for shipment.
Plan and schedule work during the week to ensure compliance with weekly production control schedule. Maintain accurate inventory of sub-assemblies, components and final assemblies to meet demands.
Keep work area clean and orderly. Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition.
Perform other duties as assigned or directed.

HYDROMAT OPERATOR/SET UP AND OPERATE (OFF SHIFT)
Set up and operate horizontal rotary transfer machine (Hydromat) to produce a variety of parts in various diameters, lengths and configurations. Responsible for changing over all tooling and collets required for the various sizes. Must be able to properly and accurately set tooling to avoid machine crashes. Requires full understanding of Zollar presenter to perform presetting to properly and accurately set tooling lengths, diameters and balance of tools. Follow production run sheets developed by production control and advise where opportunities are available to consolidate set ups between different length parts as well as between part families. Demonstrated ability to set up and operate the machine in the prescribed times.
Requires full CNC machining control knowledge and program language interpretation. This position must be able to edit existing programs and to make minor modifications and adjustments. This requires a full understanding and knowledge of the “Epic” technology of the Hydromat machine as well as the custom variable program logic that has been developed for the machine tool. Develop set up cards and procedures for proper documentation for each part produced on the machine.
Must have the ability to trouble shoot and work with Hydromat service department via phone and data link to resolve machine problems and get the unit back in production as quickly as possible. Requires some minor maintenance and preventive maintenance to be conducted on a routine as well as a case by case basis to maintain proper machine tool function as well as getting issues resolved to get the machine back on line.
Daily operation requires position to accurately gage and measure parts as they are being produced utilizing micrometers, calipers, surface finish measuring equipment, and comparators. Cycle time is short, 12 to 14 seconds so it is imperative to insure machine tool is properly set and parts are checked properly otherwise large quantities of scrap will be produced.
Keep machine in a clean and orderly fashion as well as the entire work area. Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.

IMMEDIATE full time employment for a fast paced customer service representative. Standard business hours (M-F, 8AM – 5PM) in a business casual environment. We are looking for a candidate with a long term commitment interest.

GENERAL MACHINIST -AFTERNOON OFFSHIFT
Perform repetitive duties required to operate one or more but not necessarily all of variety of machines such as chucker lathe, CNC lathe, milling machines, drill press, sander, and stamp machine with set up provided by other employees and with assistance and instruction from supervisor.
Operate chucker lathe to turn, face and center handwheels. Operate CNC lathe to cut off chamfer and thread a variety of parts. Operate drill press for drilling, reaming, tapping and counter boring a variety of parts. Operate tumbling machines for part deburring. Perform simple machining operations on various machine tools. Work from route card and lot assignment ticket.. Fill out job card indicating lot, part, operation numbers and total pieces run.
OPERATOR CNC MILLING CENTER -OFFSHIFT
Set up and operate CNC Horizontal/Vertical Milling Centers to mill, drill, ream, tap, and hone a variety of parts to drawings and specifications. Work from lot tickets, setup cards, drawings, program listings and other data.
Computer experience required to download programs from network server to machine and edit as required and or noted on program. Pre-set tooling, load tooling into tool changer, adjust offsets, install fixtures and set reference points for programs..
Ability to correctly touch off tools, indicate fixtures in location and other minor adjustments required for proper operation of machine tool. Inspect first piece and fill out inspection report. and obtain approval from designated person. Check parts during run according to procedures, specifications and customer requirements; inspect using a variety of checking instruments from calipers, micrometers, thread gages, depth micrometers, surface plate with height gage, and other equipment. Set up and complete secondary operations and/or machines or processes as required or instructed. Perform daily maintenance checks on all equipment operated.
Fill out job cards, routings and movement sheets with proper information. Properly document all information relative to set-up and operation of jobs in a concise manner and place in documentation book.
Exercise proper care in the use of tools, equipment and materials. Detect and report faulty equipment, defective material, improper operations and unusual conditions to supervision.
.NET WEB DEVELOPER TOOLING COMPONENTS DIVISION
Essential Functions:
· Development of new database support and web page interface for eCommerce applications.
· Assist in the maintenance of legacy HTML, ASP, and ASP.NET eCommerce websites. Identify legacy system deficiencies and suggest and implement improvements.

· Knowledge of developing under the MS Visual Studio environment.
· Create XML schemas. Understanding XSL and CSS as well as XHTML
· Use of software development tracking tools.
· JavaScript, SOAP and similar Web technologies a plus.
· Possess skills for creating, modifying stored procedures
· HTML/CSS and Adobe Photoshop production skills helpful
· Web Master skills and IT related Web skills
Minimum Requirements:
