Ball Lock Mounting System The Jergens Ball Lock Mounting System is an accurate and repeatable quick change fixture plate mounting systems. It is designed to provide both accurate fixture plate locating (+/- 0.0005 in., 0.013 mm), and secure hold down up to 20,000 lbs per shank.
Production Vises Jergens Production Vises feature fully machinable “soft” jaws and a quick change jaw mounting system. They are available in different base styles including a Ball Lock base which is fully compatible with the Jergens Ball Lock Mounting System. Production Vise Columns are in available in 2 thru 16 station models for higher part density applications.
Specialty Fasteners/Difference Sheets Everyone’s products are made to specified standards, and often these standards are assumed by customers to be equalizers for all companies’ “standard” products.
