Jergens Industrial Supply Announces the Addition of Elaine O'Kelley as Customer Service Representative

October 26, 2011—Cleveland, Ohio—Jergens Industrial Supply (JIS) is proud to announce that Elaine O’Kelley has joined the team in the capacity of customer service representative.

Elaine comes to JIS from FirstMerit Bank, N.A. where she worked for six years serving customers in the retail banking industry. Her experience also includes serving as an assistant branch manager of the Chardon office. Elaine’s experience lies in providing excellent customer service. She is a welcome addition to the JIS team, which includes six full-time customer service professionals trained to provide the best customer service in the industry.
