1.  How do I request a catalog or price list?

A.) Go to catalog request page and select the desired catalog.
The master catalog is also available for download in PDF format by clicking here.

B.) Price lists are available for download in either Excel or PDF formats.

2.  How do I check price/stock?
Click here to access our e-commerce page.

3.  How do I check the status of my order?
Click here to login to our e-commerce page for existing customer. From that page you will be able to check the current status of your order.

4.  How do I download a CAD drawing?
You can access/locate a specific drawings/solid models directly from our catalog pages.   Just select the desired CAD format and click download.  For best results select "save as" and make sure the file extension is in the desired format.

5.  Can I check shipping status of my order?
